This custom-built home, designed by architect Matt Garcia and built by Roost Custom Homes, was a gorgeous blank canvas for us to build upon. The new homeowners’ existing furniture felt doll-sized in the home, where ceilings soared from 10’ - 12’ feet and open-concept rooms required precise furniture planning and appropriate scale. The clients’ loved their new house, but brought in the LMI team to make it feel like home. Unafraid to have fun with color and offering us a gracious dose of trust, we played up texture, pattern and patina for this family of four, to create a feeling of warmth, comfort and personality. They tell us, there really is no place like home.
